Explore Tampa Bay and Gulf Coast Communities

Finding the right home also means finding the part of Florida’s Gulf Coast that works for the way you want to live.

I serve buyers and sellers across Hernando, Pasco, Citrus, Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties. Use this guide as a starting point for exploring the communities within my service area and narrowing down where you would like to focus your home search.

Explore Counties

Hernando County

Hernando County gives buyers a mix of historic inland communities, established residential areas and some of the Gulf Coast’s best-known natural attractions. Brooksville, Spring Hill and Weeki Wachee each offer a different setting within the county.

Spring Hill

Spring Hill is one of Hernando County’s larger residential communities, with shopping, everyday services and county recreation spread throughout the area. Its western side also provides access toward Gulf Coast recreation, including Pine Island Park.

Brooksville

Brooksville is the county seat of Hernando County, with a history dating to the mid-1800s and an established historic downtown. The city sits near the intersection of U.S. 41, U.S. 98 and State Road 50 and is known for its rolling terrain, older neighborhoods, parks and downtown character.

Weeki Wachee

Weeki Wachee is closely associated with the spring-fed Weeki Wachee River and Weeki Wachee Springs State Park. The area is known for paddling, natural recreation and the park’s historic underwater mermaid performances.

Pasco County

Pasco County stretches from established Gulf Coast communities in the west to rapidly developing areas farther east. Wesley Chapel, New Port Richey and Land O' Lakes provide three distinctly different ways to experience the county.

Wesley Chapel

Wesley Chapel includes shopping and dining at The Shops at Wiregrass and recreation venues such as Wiregrass Ranch Sports Campus. If these amenities are part of your routine, tell me which ones matter to you as you compare homes in this part of Pasco County.

New Port Richey

Downtown New Port Richey includes Sims Park along the Cotee River. The park and surrounding downtown give you a specific area to explore when considering a move. I can help you compare homes while keeping your preferred surroundings and everyday destinations in mind.

Land O’ Lakes

Land O’ Lakes is part of my Pasco County service area, with local recreation destinations including Land O’ Lakes Heritage Park. As you explore homes, think about the outdoor space and day-to-day amenities you want. Tell me your priorities so I can help you focus your search.

Citrus County

Citrus County combines inland small-city living with spring-fed rivers and Gulf Coast communities. Inverness, Crystal River and Homosassa each connect residents to a different part of the county’s landscape and outdoor character.

Inverness

Inverness has a historic downtown centered on Courthouse Square, with shops and places to eat. If a downtown setting is part of what you’re looking for, include it in your visit. I can help you explore homes with your preferred location and daily routine in mind.

Crystal River

Crystal River’s springs and waterways are part of the area’s identity, along with opportunities to see manatees. If time on the water is important to you, tell me what you have in mind. I can help you consider individual homes without assuming every property has waterfront access.

Homosassa

Homosassa has a fishing-village history and opportunities for boating and paddling. If those activities are part of your plans, it is another Citrus County community to explore. I can help you compare homes based on the property features and location that matter to you.

Hillsborough County

Hillsborough County combines Tampa’s urban core with established residential communities, suburban areas and waterfront settings around the bay. The county offers a broad mix of city living, neighborhood character, parks, cultural destinations and everyday amenities across the Tampa area.

Tampa

Tampa’s Riverwalk connects visitors with waterfront parks, museums and other downtown destinations. Those landmarks offer one starting point for exploring the city, but your home search depends on the specific location and property. Tell me which places you want nearby and what you need from your home so I can help you consider your options.

Pinellas County

Pinellas County combines established city neighborhoods, waterfront recreation and Gulf beaches within a compact part of the Tampa Bay region. St. Petersburg and Clearwater each offer a different setting, from downtown and bayfront areas to coastal communities along the Gulf.

St. Petersburg

St. Petersburg’s downtown waterfront includes a museum district, restaurants and public spaces. If arts and downtown activities are part of your plans, start by exploring the places you would visit. I can help you compare individual homes with those preferences in mind.

Clearwater

Clearwater includes both beach destinations and downtown amenities such as Coachman Park. As you explore the area, consider which setting fits your plans and where you want to spend your time. I can help you focus on individual homes and the location details that matter to you.
